Salary & Hours

• Salary will be based on experience
• Hours will vary but will include weekdays, some nights, and weekends
• Health insurance available

Ideal Experience

• 3+ years of restaurant experience
• Knowledge of Toast system is a plus but not required

Roles

• In charge of an expanding kitchen

Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and purchasing
• Works closely with the General Manager

• 40+ hours a week

• 1-3 years of Restaurant Management or
• 5+ years in a restaurant lead role

• To answer to and divide the duties of the General Manager

• Scheduling, onboarding and reviewing of staff
• Communication between staff and management
• Organizing and promoting events
• Developing new social events and community opportunities
