Salary & Hours

• $45,000 - 50,000 depending on experience
• 40+ hours a week
• Hours include weekdays, some nights and weekends
• Bonus opportunities available based on growth and feedback

Ideal Experience

• 1-3 years of Restaurant Management or
• 5+ years in a restaurant lead role

Roles

• To answer to and divide the duties of the General Manager

Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Scheduling, onboarding and reviewing of staff
• Communication between staff and management
• Organizing and promoting events
• Developing new social events and community opportunities
